BadGoats IT Services – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to products and services supplied by BadGoats IT Services in the United Kingdom. BadGoats IT Services is the trading name of Benjamin Slack, a sole trader operating in England, United Kingdom.
By booking a service, requesting a repair, purchasing a custom-built computer or using our remote support service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
BadGoats IT Services provides PC and laptop diagnostics and repairs, hardware upgrades, custom-built desktop computers, remote IT support, software and operating system support, and home and small-business IT support.
2. Diagnostics and Repair Quotations
Where a computer or laptop requires diagnosis, we will inspect the device before confirming the final repair price.
Once the fault has been diagnosed, we will provide the customer with the cost of the recommended repair or upgrade.
No paid repair work will be carried out until the customer has agreed to the quoted price.
If further faults are discovered after the customer has approved the repair, we will contact the customer before carrying out any additional paid repair work.
3. Diagnostic Charges
Where a diagnostic fee applies, the customer will be informed before the device is accepted.
The diagnostic fee remains payable if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair.
4. Custom-Built Computers
Custom PCs are built to order.
Components are sourced from UK suppliers once payment has been received.
The specification and total price of the computer will be shown or agreed before the order is accepted.
If a selected component becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer before making any substitution.
We will not substitute a materially different component without the customer’s agreement.
5. Prices
All prices displayed or quoted are the prices payable by the customer at the time the order is accepted.
Where VAT applies, it will be included or clearly shown as required.
Once a repair quotation or custom PC order has been accepted, the agreed price will not be increased without the customer’s agreement.
6. Payment for Custom PCs
Before any custom-PC components are ordered or build work begins, the customer must accept the required Terms and pay the full quoted price as one payment.
Once the required agreements have been accepted and the full quoted payment has been received and cleared, the components will be ordered and the build process may begin. Where an applicable cancellation period is still running, the required express early-start request and acknowledgement must also have been recorded.
7. Component Availability
All custom PC components are subject to supplier availability.
If a component becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and offer a suitable alternative, the option to wait for the original component where practical, or a refund where the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
Any significant alternative will be agreed with the customer before use.
8. Building and Supplying Custom Computers
Each custom PC is assembled, configured and tested before dispatch or collection.
The expected build and delivery timescale will be provided or agreed with the customer.
Where no specific delivery period has been agreed, goods will be supplied within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.
9. Repairs and Upgrades
Repairs and upgrades will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
Where replacement parts are required, they may be ordered from our suppliers after the customer has approved the quotation and the required payment has cleared.
Where possible, repaired or upgraded equipment will be tested before being returned to the customer.
10. Workshop Drop-Offs, Couriers & Collections
Repairs, diagnostics and upgrades are carried out at the BadGoats IT Services workshop.
Customers may drop off their equipment in person or send it using a courier of their choice. All workshop visits and drop-offs must be booked and confirmed in advance. No walk-ins are permitted.
Our workshop address is available on our Contact page. Published opening hours do not guarantee that an unbooked visit can be accommodated.
BadGoats IT Services does not provide a customer collection service. Customers who send equipment to the workshop by courier are responsible for organising and paying for inbound delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Once the repair, diagnosis or upgrade has been completed, the customer will be notified. The customer may collect their equipment from the workshop or request return delivery from BadGoats IT Services. Return deliveries are carried out by a third-party courier. Any applicable delivery charge and estimated timeframe will be agreed before dispatch.
The delivery or collection method for custom-built PCs will be stated in the quotation and agreed before the customer accepts it.
11. Customer Data and Backups
Customers should back up important files before providing a device for repair, upgrade or diagnosis where reasonably possible.
Some faults, including failed storage devices, corrupted operating systems, malware or hardware failure, may involve a risk of data loss.
We will take reasonable care when handling customer equipment and data.
We will not intentionally access personal files unless reasonably necessary to carry out the requested work.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Passwords and Login Details
Where a password or login is required to diagnose or repair a device, it will only be used for the purpose of carrying out the requested work.
Customers should provide only the access details reasonably necessary for the service.
Login details provided for repair or remote support will not be used for unrelated purposes.
13. Remote Support
Remote support is provided only with the customer’s permission.
The customer must have authority to allow us to access the device or system concerned.
During a remote-support session we may view system settings, software, error messages, files or other information where reasonably necessary to diagnose or resolve the issue.
We will only make changes that are reasonably connected with the support requested by the customer.
The customer may end the remote connection at any time.
We cannot guarantee that every problem can be resolved remotely.
Where a problem appears to require physical repair or replacement hardware, we will advise the customer.
14. Customer-Supplied Parts
Where a customer asks us to install a component they have purchased themselves, we are not responsible for defects, faults or damage already present in that component before installation.
We may refuse to install a part that we reasonably believe is incompatible, faulty, damaged or unsafe.
If a customer-supplied component later fails because of a defect in that component, BadGoats IT Services is not responsible for the defect itself unless the failure was caused or contributed to by our installation work.
Our responsibility for carrying out the installation service with reasonable care and skill is unaffected.
15. Faulty Goods and Consumer Rights
Goods supplied by BadGoats IT Services must be of satisfactory quality, as described and reasonably fit for any particular purpose made known to BadGoats IT Services before purchase where the customer reasonably relies on our skill or judgement.
Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces the customer’s statutory rights under UK consumer law.
16. Manufacturer Warranties
Computer components may include a manufacturer’s warranty.
A manufacturer’s warranty is additional to the customer’s statutory rights and does not replace the customer’s legal rights against BadGoats IT Services as the seller.
Where appropriate, we may assist customers with warranty issues relating to components supplied as part of a custom-built PC.
17. Online Orders and Cancellation Rights
Customers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law.
For many online purchases, consumers have a 14-day cancellation period.
Cancellation rights may depend on the nature of the goods or services ordered.
A computer assembled from standard component choices is not automatically excluded from cancellation rights simply because it was built after the order was placed.
Where a product is genuinely made to a customer’s unique specification or personalised beyond the standard options normally offered, different cancellation rules may apply.
Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory cancellation rights.
18. Services Started During the Cancellation Period
If an applicable cancellation period is still running and the customer wants us to begin a repair, diagnostic, upgrade, remote-support or custom-PC build, configuration or testing service, the customer must make an express early-start request before work begins. The customer must also acknowledge that the right to cancel that service will be lost once the agreed service has been fully performed.
If the customer cancels after work has begun but before the agreed service is completed, the customer must pay a proportionate amount of the separately agreed labour charge. This will be based on the work actually completed up to the time the customer tells us to stop.
Once the agreed service has been fully performed following the express request and acknowledgement, the service cancellation right ends and the full separately agreed labour charge remains payable.
Cancellation and return rights relating to components and other goods are handled separately. Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights the customer may have.
19. Collection of Repaired Equipment
Customers will be contacted when their equipment is ready for collection.
Customers should arrange collection within a reasonable period after being notified.
If equipment remains uncollected for a prolonged period, we will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer before taking further action.
20. Delivery of Custom-Built PCs
Delivery is available for custom-built PCs purchased from BadGoats IT Services.
The delivery method, delivery cost where applicable and expected delivery timeframe will be shown or agreed with the customer before the order is completed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
Custom-built PCs will not be dispatched or delivered until the required payment has been successfully received and cleared.
21. Delivery Damage
Customers should inspect delivered custom-built PCs and their packaging as soon as reasonably possible.
If equipment or packaging appears damaged during delivery, customers should contact us promptly and, where possible, provide photographs of the packaging and equipment.
Reporting damage promptly helps us investigate the matter with the delivery company and does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
22. Software and Operating Systems
Where software or an operating system is installed as part of a service or custom PC build, the customer is responsible for complying with the applicable software licence terms.
Where a software licence is included with a purchased system, the licence will be supplied or activated as appropriate.
BadGoats IT Services will not knowingly install pirated or unlawfully licensed software.
23. Malware and Security Services
Where we provide malware removal, security configuration or cybersecurity-related assistance, we will carry out the service with reasonable care and skill.
No computer or network can be guaranteed to remain completely protected against all future malware, security threats, unauthorised access or cyber attacks.
Customers remain responsible for maintaining suitable passwords, backups, software updates and security practices after the service has been completed.
24. Liability
Nothing in these Terms removes any responsibility that BadGoats IT Services is required to accept by law.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, faulty goods, poor workmanship, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in this section affects a customer’s statutory rights.
25. Complaints
If a customer is unhappy with a product or service, they should contact BadGoats IT Services so that we have the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
We will aim to deal with complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.
26. Personal Information
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information provided for repairs, bookings, purchases or remote support will only be used as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service and for other lawful business purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The Terms that apply to an order or service will normally be those in force when the order was placed or the service was agreed.
28. Severability
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
29. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers retain any mandatory legal protections that apply to them.

4. Our Lawful Bases for Using Your Information
Under UK data protection law, we must have a lawful basis for processing personal information.
Depending on the circumstances, we may rely on:
Contract – where processing is necessary to supply a product or service you have ordered, respond to steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, or manage an existing customer relationship.
Legal obligation – where we need to retain or process information to comply with tax, accounting, consumer protection or other legal requirements.
Legitimate interests – where necessary for the operation, security and improvement of BadGoats IT Services, provided those interests do not override your rights and freedoms.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Those providers will process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5A. Abandoned Baskets for Registered Customers
When a registered customer is signed in, we may temporarily record information about an unfinished basket. This may include the customer account identifier, email address, basket contents, basket value, relevant timestamps and technical information such as an IP address.
Guest abandoned-basket tracking is disabled.
We use this information for our legitimate interests in understanding and managing unfinished checkouts, provided those interests do not override the rights and freedoms of the customer. We may send one manual reminder only where electronic-marketing law permits us to do so. Customers can refuse reminders at checkout and can unsubscribe using the option provided in the reminder.
Abandoned-basket records are normally deleted after 30 days. A minimal suppression record may be retained where necessary to respect a marketing objection or unsubscribe request.
This functionality is provided through ReCarto – Abandoned Cart Recovery for WooCommerce. Abandoned-basket information is stored within our WordPress and WooCommerce website.
6. IT Support and Repairs
If you ask BadGoats IT Services to repair, diagnose or provide support for a computer or other device, we may temporarily have access to information stored on that device.
We will only access information reasonably necessary to perform the requested work.
Customers should back up important files before submitting equipment for repair wherever possible.
We do not intentionally access personal files that are unrelated to the requested support or repair work.
For remote support, you may be asked to install or use remote-access software.
Access will only be used for the purpose of providing the requested support.

We may share personal information with third parties where necessary to operate our business, secure the website or provide an order or service. Depending on the service used, these may include:

Some providers, particularly payment providers, may act as independent data controllers for processing they control. Their own privacy information will apply to that processing.
We only share information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
8. International Transfers
Some third-party services used by our website or business may process information outside the United Kingdom.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will rely on an appropriate legal mechanism where required, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual safeguards.
9. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with legal, tax, accounting, warranty and record-keeping requirements. Our normal retention periods or criteria are:
- Completed orders, accepted quotations, invoices, payment records and accounting records are normally retained for six years, or longer where required by law.
- Complaint, return, warranty and dispute records are retained until the matter is resolved and afterwards for as long as reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
- Unsuccessful enquiries and quotations that are not accepted are normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months after the last contact, unless they are needed for an ongoing complaint or legal reason.
- Repair photographs, technical notes and completed-work information are normally retained for no longer than 24 months after completion, unless they form part of a contract record or are needed for a warranty, complaint, dispute or legal claim.
- Customer account information is retained while the account remains active. If an account is closed, information that is not linked to a required order, accounting or legal record will normally be deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
- Unfinished-basket records for signed-in customers are normally deleted after 30 days.
- Security, spam-prevention and access logs are kept for the shortest period reasonably necessary for security and investigation purposes, and may be retained longer where an incident is identified.
- Cookie-consent records and marketing-suppression records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate and respect the choices made.
- Copies held in backups remain until replaced through the normal backup rotation or are retained longer where required for security, disaster recovery or legal reasons.

You also have the right to object at any time to the use of your personal information for direct marketing.
14. Marketing Communications
We will only send electronic marketing communications where we have an appropriate legal basis to do so.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting us.
Service communications relating to an existing order, repair or customer account are not marketing communications and may still be sent where necessary.
15. Children's Information
Our products and services are not specifically directed at children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children unless it is reasonably necessary and lawful to provide a service involving a parent or guardian.
16. Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to websites operated by other organisations.
BadGoats IT Services is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Information about cancellation rights, faulty products, refunds and custom-built computers.
The Important Parts
A quick summary before the full policy.
Days to Cancel
For most standard goods bought online, consumers normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us they wish to cancel.
Days to Return
After notifying us of a qualifying cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
Faulty Goods
Consumers may have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within the first 30 days.
Custom Builds
Genuine made-to-order or personalised systems may be exempt from the normal change-of-mind cancellation right.
A standard Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, ARCTIC, Alienware or other manufacturer's PC is not considered custom-made simply because BadGoats orders it from a distributor after you place your order.
The custom-made exception is intended for systems genuinely built or significantly configured specifically to an individual customer's requirements.
Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
01 Cancelling an Online Order
If you are a consumer purchasing standard goods online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must clearly tell BadGoats IT Services that you wish to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.
You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To cancel an eligible online order, use the Cancellation Notice form available near the top of our Services page and select Open Cancellation Form.
You may instead email support@badgoats-it-services.com. You do not have to use the online form; any clear statement confirming your decision to cancel is acceptable.
02 Change of Mind Returns
For eligible standard products, you may inspect the goods in the same way you reasonably would in a physical shop.
You should take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession.
We recommend returning the product with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables and other supplied items wherever reasonably possible.
Original packaging is not by itself a condition of exercising your statutory cancellation rights.
For a change-of-mind return, you must take reasonable care of the product and package it securely. We may ask for photographs showing the computer, its components and its packaging before it is returned.
If the product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may deduct the proven reduction in value from the refund where permitted by law. This may include physical damage, damage caused by customer-installed parts, missing or replaced supplied components, missing accessories, removed identification labels or unauthorised physical modifications.
We will inspect and document the returned product and explain any deduction. Any deduction will reflect the actual proven reduction in value and will not be an automatic fee.
03 Return Postage
Unless BadGoats IT Services agrees otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where the return is simply because they have changed their mind.
Because computers can be high-value items, we strongly recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured delivery service.
Where goods are faulty, damaged when supplied, incorrectly supplied or not as described, BadGoats IT Services will bear the reasonable cost of returning them where required by law and will provide the appropriate return instructions.
04 Refunds Following Cancellation
Where an eligible online purchase has been validly cancelled, we will reimburse the appropriate payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required.
Additional charges resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option will not normally be refunded beyond the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or after you provide evidence that the goods have been returned if this occurs earlier.
Where reimbursement is not dependent on goods being returned, it will normally be made no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel.
We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a fee for the reimbursement.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been returned.
05 Custom-Built & Personalised PCs
The standard change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to goods genuinely made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Choosing standard commercially available components, including a processor, graphics card, memory, storage, case or an off-the-shelf air or liquid cooler, does not by itself remove normal cancellation rights. The exception may apply only where the computer includes genuine permanent personalisation, specially fabricated or permanently modified parts, or other clearly non-standard work made specifically for that customer. Whether the exception applies will depend on the particular build.
This exception does not remove your rights if the custom-built system is faulty, not as described or does not otherwise conform to the contract.
06 Standard Pre-Built PCs
Standard manufacturer-built computers and other standard products sold through the BadGoats online shop are treated as ordinary goods.
A product does not automatically become a custom-built product simply because BadGoats IT Services orders it from a distributor after receiving the customer's order.
Normal consumer cancellation rights therefore apply where required by law.
07 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Goods supplied by BadGoats IT Services must be of satisfactory quality, as described and reasonably fit for any particular purpose made known to BadGoats IT Services before purchase where the customer reasonably relies on our skill or judgement.
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending on the circumstances and the time that has passed, your remedies may include a refund, repair or replacement.
08 Faults Within 30 Days
Consumers may have a short-term right to reject goods that do not conform to the contract within the first 30 days and receive a refund.
The remedy available will depend on the circumstances and the nature of the problem.
09 Faults After 30 Days
Where an eligible fault is reported after the initial 30-day period, a repair or replacement may normally be offered first where required by law.
If an appropriate repair or replacement cannot be provided, is unsuccessful, takes an unreasonable amount of time or causes significant inconvenience, further remedies may be available.
10 Manufacturer Warranties
Products may also include a manufacturer's warranty.
A manufacturer's warranty is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace them.
Where appropriate, BadGoats IT Services may help with a manufacturer's warranty process.
11 Accidental or Customer Caused Damage
BadGoats IT Services is not responsible for faults caused after delivery by accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, inappropriate modification or other customer-caused damage.
This does not remove consumer rights relating to an unrelated original fault in the product.
12 Upgrades & Modifications
Installing ordinary software or using a computer normally does not automatically remove your statutory rights.
Where damage is caused by an incorrect modification, attempted repair or inappropriate installation, BadGoats may not be responsible for that particular damage.
13 Repairs, Upgrades & Remote Support
If you enter into a repair, diagnostic, upgrade or remote-support contract online, by telephone or away from our premises, a 14-day cancellation period may apply.
If you want us to begin the service during that cancellation period, you must make an express request and acknowledge the cancellation consequences before work begins.
If you cancel after work has started but before the agreed service is completed, you must pay a proportionate amount of the separately agreed labour charge. This will be based on the work actually completed up to the time you told us to stop.
Once the agreed service has been fully performed following your express request and acknowledgement, the separately agreed labour charge remains payable and will not be refunded merely because you change your mind.
Parts and other goods are dealt with separately under the applicable cancellation and return terms. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights, including the right to services performed with reasonable care and skill.
14 Custom-PC Payment & Cancellation
Custom-built computers are quoted individually using the agreed component specification. The quotation identifies the price of the components, build labour and delivery separately. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the full quoted price must be paid before components are ordered and work begins.
If you want us to begin building, configuring or testing the computer during an applicable cancellation period, you must make an express request and acknowledge the cancellation consequences before work begins.
If you cancel before components have been ordered and before work has begun, you will normally receive a full refund.
If you cancel after work has begun but before the agreed build, configuration and testing service is completed, we will stop where reasonably possible. You must pay a proportionate amount of the separately agreed labour charge based on the work actually completed up to the time you told us to stop.
Once the agreed build, configuration and testing service has been fully performed following your express request and acknowledgement, the separately agreed labour charge remains payable and will not be refunded merely because you change your mind.
Cancellation and return rights relating to the computer, components and delivery are dealt with separately under Clauses 01 to 05. Choosing standard commercially available components does not by itself remove those rights.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights where the computer or service does not conform to the contract.
15 Orders Cancelled Before Dispatch
If a consumer cancels an eligible order for a standard product before dispatch, we will cancel the order and reimburse the payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required, in accordance with Clause 04.
Different rules may apply where an order is for genuinely customised or personalised goods and work has already begun.
16 Klarna, Digital Wallets, Cards & Other Payments
Where an order was paid using Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, a payment card or another supported payment method, an approved refund will normally be returned through the same provider or original payment method.
For Buy Now Pay Later services such as Klarna, the payment provider will normally update, cancel or refund the customer's payment arrangement after the refund is processed.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider.
17 Proof of Purchase
We may ask for reasonable proof that the item was purchased from BadGoats IT Services.
Suitable evidence can include your order confirmation, invoice, receipt, payment record or other reasonable evidence of purchase.
18 Returning Computers & Personal Data
Before returning a computer containing personal information, customers should back up any information they wish to keep where reasonably possible.
Unless a fault prevents you from doing so, please also remove personal accounts, passwords and activation locks before returning a device.
Do not send a computer or other product to an address until BadGoats IT Services has provided the appropriate return instructions.
19 How to Request a Return
Contact BadGoats IT Services before sending an item back.
Please include your name, order number, product concerned, whether you are cancelling, returning or reporting a fault, and a brief description of the problem where applicable.
We will then provide the appropriate next steps and return instructions.
20 Your Statutory Rights
This policy explains how BadGoats IT Services handles returns, cancellations and refunds.
It does not exclude, restrict or replace rights provided by applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Contact BadGoats First
Please contact us before sending back a PC, component or other item so we can give you the correct return instructions.
Shipping & Delivery
This policy explains how repairs, upgrades, custom-built computers and supplier-delivered retail products are delivered.
Repairs, Diagnostics & Upgrades
Customers may drop off equipment at the BadGoats workshop or send it using their own courier. Customers wishing to drop off equipment should use the repair or upgrade booking form. BadGoats will confirm the drop-off date and time before the customer travels to the workshop. No walk-ins are permitted.
When work is complete, the repair system will notify the customer. The customer may collect the equipment from BadGoats or request return delivery from BadGoats. Return deliveries are carried out by a third-party courier. Any applicable delivery charge and estimated timeframe will be confirmed before dispatch.
Supplier-Delivered Products
Standard delivery to eligible UK addresses is included in the displayed product price, with no additional standard delivery charge at checkout. Distributor-supplied retail products are normally delivered within an estimated 5–7 working days after order confirmation, subject to stock availability. We will contact the customer promptly if an unexpected supplier delay affects this estimate.
Custom-Built Computers
Custom-built computers are normally assembled, configured and tested within 2–7 working days after payment has cleared and all required components have been received.
The quotation will state the estimated component availability, expected completion timescale, delivery method, delivery charge and estimated delivery timeframe before the order is accepted.
Courier delivery time begins after the computer has been completed, tested and dispatched. Complex builds, specialist components, custom water cooling, supplier delays or additional fault testing may require longer. If a significant delay arises, we will contact the customer with an updated estimate.
Delivery Problems & Statutory Rights
Please contact us if a delivery from BadGoats IT Services is delayed, missing or damaged. Nothing in these arrangements limits your statutory consumer rights.
